A multiplayer word-chain game for Discord with English and Norwegian support.
Start with any valid word. The next player must continue with a word that begins with the final letter of the previous word.
Each server has one active language. Word Train currently supports English and Norwegian.

Play in English or Norwegian with extensive local dictionaries. Words not found locally will now also be checked through Wiktionary, helping Word Train recognize more valid words.

Invite Word Train to your Discord server and ensure it has permission to View Channel, Send Messages, Attach Files, Read Message History and Add Reactions. Use /permissions to check the setup.
Create a channel for Word Train and run /set channel.
Choose the active server language using /language add en or /language add no.
Create your Reliable and Failed roles before assigning them to Word Train.
Place the Word Train bot role above your game roles, then use /set reliable_role and /set failed_role.
Word Train uses visual game cards to show what happens during gameplay. Here's what each card means.
Your word was accepted! The card shows the next letter, current chain length, points earned and your total points.
This word has already been played in the current chain. Try another word starting with the required letter.
You cannot play twice in a row. Wait for another player to continue the chain before submitting another word.
The chain has ended. The card shows the final chain length and the last valid word. A new chain can now begin.
Word Train uses slash commands. Use /listcommands in Discord for an interactive command menu.
Servers are private by default. Public leaderboard visibility must be enabled by a server administrator.
Every valid word extends the chain. One mistake can derail it.
